Adding children to rosters manually

To add a child to a roster manually, click on the classes icon at the left side of the screen, and then click on the class in question. Once you see the roster for the class, choose the "add child" option in the upper righthand corner of the screen:

Select the drop down menu to find the child you are wanting to add. You can also type their name and it will populate below!

Then, select 'Invoice' or 'Charge'. Invoice allows the parent to pay at any time, while Charge automatically charges the card they have on file.

You can track payment statuses right from your roster, if needed:

**Reminder - You will only be able to see children that are in your system, meaning that they have enrolled in a class or activity prior to. If they have not, you will not see them in the roster.
