Adding children to rosters manually
To add a child to a roster manually, click on the classes icon at the left side of the screen, and then click on the class in question. Once you see the roster for the class, choose the "add child" option in the upper righthand corner of the screen:
Fill in all of the pertinent information, and choose the Submit option at the bottom of the side menu:
When you click on "Submit," you'll then see the option to either Invoice the parent so they can pay for the class at a later time, or Charge, which will charge the card that the parent has on file, immediately:
You can track payment statuses right from your roster, if needed:
