Drop-In Activities & Billing

Once you've decided on your activity session fees, you can now set up your Drop-In billing (if you choose to offer Drop-In options.) A drop-in allows parents to choose activities based on their schedules, rather than committing to activities that take place on the same day/time each day/week. If a parent's schedule changes week to week--they can choose the drop-in Aftercare days that best suits their needs!

You can choose a rate for the Drop-In to be charged--by the day or the hour, and this fee must always be paid up front when registering:

Important:

  1. Parents and admins are allowed to enroll children for drop-in dates, for today, for the future, and even for the past dates.
  2. The add-on fee cannot be applied to drop-in enrollments.
  3. Multi-Child/Multi-Day discounts cannot be applied to drop-ins.
  4. Coupon discounts can be applied to drop-in enrollments.

Unavailable Dates:

Some dates on the calendar may be unavailable. A date will be marked as unavailable if:

  • The drop-in does not operate on that date.
  • There are no available places for that date.
  • The child is already enrolled for that date.
  • It is marked as a ‘No Session Day’.

From the Parent Portal, families will be able to see your activities displayed in a well organized and clear way, and easily register. They'll see all of your Aftercare sessions available as soon as they log into Popsicle via your organization's unique URL.
