Drop-In Activities & Billing

Once you've decided on your activity session fees, you can now set up your Drop-In billing (if you choose to offer Drop-In options.) A drop-in allows parents to choose activities based on their schedules, rather than committing to activities that take place on the same day/time each day/week. If a parent's schedule changes week to week--they can choose the drop-in Aftercare days that best suits their needs.

You can choose a rate for the Drop-In to be charged--by the day or the hour, and this fee must always be paid up front when registering:
