Billing for Activities

When creating your classes, camps, or aftercare sessions, you will have the option to choose whether you will offer the activity free of charge, or if you will charge a fee.  As you go through the process of creating your activity, you will come to a section that covers "Fees & Add-On's."  This is where you will designate the amount you will be charging for the activity (if there is a fee) and how often that fee will be charged.  Fees for Classes and Camps can be charged weekly, monthly, or per session:

If you choose the weekly option, the amount designated in the "Fee" box will be charged to the parent/family each week.  If you choose the monthly option, that amount will be charged to them once a month, and if you choose the "Per Session" option, the amount you designate in the "Fee" box will be charged one time, up front.
