Duplicating an Activity

Are your activities so popular that they're always full?  Not surprising, and no worries!  If you need to duplicate an activity that you've already created, the process is quick and easy.   

Simply click on the Classes, Camps, or Aftercare icon from the menu along the left side of your screen. Choose the existing activity you'd like to duplicate--preferably one that has the most similarities with the new activity that you want to create.  

Once you've done that, click on the three dots at the far right of the existing activity.  This will release a drop down menu, where you can choose to Duplicate the existing activity:

You'll want to make sure that when selecting the information for the new activity, that you change any details that are different from the old activity. Once you've done this, click the "Save" option, and you're all set!
