Custom Grades

Does your school have special names for certain grades?  Popsicle can accommodate that!  With the Custom Grades feature, you are able to map your custom grades to the standard grades built into the Popsicle platform 🙂

To customize your grades, simply click on the Settings icon at the left side of your screen, and then on Custom Grades:

There, you will see the option to rename any grades that Popsicle currently offers by entering your grade name in the corresponding box:

Be sure to click on the "Save Grades" button, and if you make any errors, there are options to delete, as well:

Once you've entered your grades, they will be visible in the drop down menu when creating an activity, and visible to parents as well:

Note: There is no need to rename all grades—you can apply custom names to just one or a few grades, if needed. In that case, all other (non-renamed) grades will be displayed with their default names.

Any Custom Grades created will then apply to all activities—even ones created before you added your custom grades.
