Aftercare Billing
In your Popsicle account, Aftercare session billing can be configured differently than classes and camps. The Aftercare module allows you to set different times and prices for each individual day of the week, while still choosing whether you will offer a waitlist or Drop-In options as well:

Billing Types
There are a few ways to price/charge for these activities. After you select the days of the week that you'll be offering Aftercare, you will be prompted to add a price for Aftercare on the following page.
Fixed Rate
If you choose to charge a fixed rate for your activity, you will enter the rate you will charge, and then can choose to either offer a fixed rate or charge per the day or hour:
When configuring your session fees, you will enter the regular rate for the session that parents would be charged by the day, by the hour, or just enter in a fixed rate.
Hourly
For Hourly Billing, you will enter the cost of the session, choose to meter the session per hour or to bill per week/month. This is also where you'll choose whether to charge for scheduled or actual attendance:
Daily
If you choose the Daily Billing option, you'll choose the session fees and then you'll have the option to choose whether you'd like to bill families by the week, by the month, or up front:
Billing Cycles ⏳
Different ways to bill for activities:
Upfront - parents will be charged for the session at the time of registration
Per Week - the parent’s payment source will be billed each Monday for the previous week's scheduled or actual attendance.
Per Month - parent’s payment source will be billed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's scheduled or actual attendance.
Metered Billing 🏦
You will have two different options for metered billing:
Scheduled Attendance--If you choose the Scheduled Attendance option, the families will pay for all activities they have registered for, regardless of whether the child/children attend activities or not.
Actual Attendance--If you choose the Actual Attendance option, families will be billed only for the classes the children actually attended.
Discounts 💸
When setting up your AfterCare Sessions, you will also be able to offer both Multi-Child and Multi-Day Discounts, at your discretion.
Multi-Day Discount
Multi-day discounts are applicable when a family registers a child for multiple days during an Aftercare session which makes them eligible for the discount depending on the criteria you used when creating the discount. For example, a family registering a child for five days a week during an Aftercare session, could receive a 20% discount based on your configuration:
Multi-Child Discounts
Multi-Child Discounts are applied when a family registers more than one child for care during an Aftercare session, making them eligible for the discount you've created. For example, if a family with three children register for an Aftercare session, they would receive a 10% discount based on how you've set up the configuration:
