How long do refunds take?
Parents may be refunded for the activities they've registered for, for a variety of reasons. Please note that refunds are issued at the discretion of your program administrator, depending on the situation at hand, and parents cannot issue themselves refunds.
If your parents and/or families are issued a refund please let them know that refunds can take 5-10 business days once initiated, to arrive in your bank account, depending on their bank. If you have issued a refund and this time period has lapsed, definitely feel free to have the parent reach out to our team at help@getpopsicle.com so we can investigate!
**Pro-Tip: Once the refund is initiated, it will be visible on both the school's and the parent's dashboard.
