How long do refunds take?

Parents may be refunded for the activities they've registered for, for a variety of reasons.  Please note that refunds are issued at the discretion of your program administrator, depending on the situation at hand. 

If your parents and/or families are issued a refund please let them know that refunds can take 5-10 business days once initiated, to arrive in your bank account, depending on their bank.  If you have issued a refund and this time period has lapsed, definitely feel free to have the parent reach out to our team at help@getpopsicle.com so we can investigate!

**Pro-Tip: Once the refund is initiated, it will be visible on both the school's and the parent's dashboard.
