All about Coupons

On the Coupons page, you can:

  • Add new coupons.
  • View the list of all coupons and their detailed information.
  • View coupon usage.
  • Delete coupons.

To view Coupon options, navigate to the ‘Transactions’ page first →  then access the Coupon tab.


Add a new coupon

Click on the "New Coupon" option here: 

Once you've clicked on the "New Coupon" option, you will see a side menu open, where you can customize your coupon to suit your needs:

Once you've entered all of your information, just click Submit, and you're all set.


Coupon Deletion

To delete a coupon, simply click on the checkbox to the left of the coupon you wish to delete, and click the trash can icon that appears:


Deleting a coupon will not:

  • Remove the coupon from past enrollments/subscriptions.
  • Remove the coupon from future subscriptions.
  • Affect existing invoices.

If a user attempts to apply a deleted coupon during enrollment, an error message will be displayed:

“Coupon [coupon name] you’re trying to apply is no longer available.”


Coupon Detailed window

To view the coupon usage, click on the coupon code (name).

The Coupon Detailed window displays the total number of times a coupon has been applied in the ‘Used’ field.

  • The value reflects the total number of successful coupon applications.
  • Applications from both ongoing and future-dated subscriptions are included.

Under the coupon usage section, the parent’s name who used the coupon and the number of times each parent has used it are displayed.

General requirements for Coupons:

  1. Coupons can only be applied to the activity fee, and the add-on fees remain unchanged and fully chargeable.
  2. The coupon can be applied to the current or future activities. If the limit is reached, users will not be able to apply the same coupon to additional activities.
