Homeroom Teacher's role vs. Instructor's role

Sometimes, Aftercare activity instructors will need to know which classrooms to pick children up from. You can request that families provide their child's Homeroom Teacher's name at registration to make this process go more smoothly!

The "Homeroom Teachers" list in the Settings of your account is simply a list of your school's homeroom teachers, which is only used for identification purposes.  You will click on the "Gear Wheel Icon" in the menu to the left hand side of your screen to access the Settings, and choose Homeroom Teachers:

Instructors are found on the "Users" list in the Settings of your account:

Instructors are displayed as options to choose from in the instructor drop down menu when setting up an activity, and you can also add a new instructor here as well:
