Communicating with parents via Email
Do you need to send an email to touch base with all of the parents from a specific activity, or every parent from every activity? Maybe you just need to send a quick message to just one parent--no problem at all with Popsicle. First, when logged into your account, you'll need to click on the appropriate activity icon at the left side menu on your screen—either Classes, Camps, or Aftercare.
Once you're viewing your activity list, you will click on the checkbox above and to the left of where you see the names of the activities listed, and then on the email icon. This action will email every parent who has a child/children in the activity you've selected:
Once you've clicked on the Email icon, you will be able to choose whether you want to send the email to the Primary Contact on the account, the Primary and Secondary Contact, or a combination of the two:
You will also have the option to add an attachment:
If you only need to email one particular parent of one child, in one class, from your activity list, you would click on the activity name, click on the box to the left of the child's name, click the email icon that will appear, write your email, and click Submit when finished:
