Automatic alerts for parents

Communicating information to parents can be difficult and time consuming, which is why Popsicle sends important information alerts to parents automatically. Here is a full list of automatic notifications that parents may receive.

  1. Registration receipt - Provides a receipt for the activity after payment is made.
  2. Registration confirmation - Notifies the parent that they are on the roster.
  3. Waitlist confirmation - Notifies the parent that they are on the waitlist.
  4. Spot available in roster - Notifies parent they can claim an open spot in the roster.
  5. Student dropped from roster - Notifies parent they were dropped from the roster.
  6. Refund notification - Notifies parent that they have been issued a refund
  7. Activity begins - Reminds parent that an activity they signed up for will start soon.
  8. Activity ends - Reminds parent that one of their activities will end soon.
  9. Attendance confirmations - Alerts parents when a child is successfully checked-in and out of an activity. 
  10. Schedule or date change - Notifies parent that a change has been made to their schedule.
  11. Card update required - If a payment source fails, an alert is sent to the parent letting them know, and requiring new payment information.
