Custom Forms Reporting

To transfer the data you collect using the Custom Forms feature to a downloadable file format, from the admin side of your Popsicle account, simply click on the checkbox to the left of the activity, and then on the reports button that appears near the top of the screen.

There, you will choose "Custom Forms" and the applicable form/s from the drop down menu there. Click on "Download," and all of your information will be added to a file you can use to manage your information:
