Activity Status Indicators

This article explains the different stages an activity progresses through, from being scheduled, to archived, as well as the activity status indicators. 

The status indicator appears on the right hand side of your activity summary bar. 

1. Scheduled

Scheduled activities mean that registration hasn't begun yet, and parents cannot see it on the parent portal. 

2. Online

Online means Registration has started, and parents can now register children for activities.

3. Full

Full means the maximum enrollment for the activity has been reached, but parents can still sign up for the waitlist, if there's an option for it.

4. Closed

Closed means the waitlist is full or there was no waitlist at all. Please note: Parents can still see this on the parent portal, but are unable to sign up.

5. Offline

Offline means that registration is officially closed, and parents can no longer see this activity on the parent portal. It will still show up in your schedule for the duration of the activity session.

6. Archived

Activities go into your school's archive once the activity is completed. To learn how to view your old activities, check out this article.
